Refund Policy for ReigniteLeader.com

Effective Date: March 3, 2025

At ReigniteLeader.com, we are committed to providing high-quality leadership coaching, resources, and services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a service has been booked, purchased, or provided (including coaching sessions, workshops, and any other resources), no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of whether you attend the session, complete the service, or use the purchased material. Credits/rescheduling may be offered, where applicable.

2. Coaching Packages & Sessions: For any coaching packages or single-session bookings, it is important that clients attend the scheduled sessions or complete the agreed-upon work. If you miss a session, it may not be rescheduled. We strongly encourage you to reschedule any sessions you cannot attend at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session. In the event we need to reschedule, a credit will be offered for that reschedule.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel or fail to attend a scheduled session without at least 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the full session. We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances for missed sessions without notice.

4. Digital Products and Resources: All digital products, such as ebooks, courses, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable once purchased. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued.

5. Exceptions: Given our strict no-refund policy, we do not make exceptions for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the service, personal emergencies, or changes in circumstances. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your purchase before finalizing it to ensure that it meets your needs. We will make every attempt to reschedule your sessions when there is a true medical emergency.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks: Any chargebacks or disputes filed against transactions will be treated seriously and contested. By using our services, you agree to abide by our no-refund policy and not initiate chargebacks for any reason.

7. Modifications to Services: While we do not offer refunds, we are always open to discussing how we can better serve you in future sessions. If you feel that a service did not meet your expectations, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns. However, no refunds will be issued.
